If you fancy getting involved in Martial Arts, instead of one form try this, which is many forms all in one. Great for fitness, mental stimulation and confidence – give them a call today! -
C. Bancroft

I joined to support my son, Lewis, and because of an interest in self-defence and fitness. I feel more confident in many aspects of my life and have realised I have a lot to learn. It’s a great workout, but I love the “technical” challenge of mastering the large range of skills and techniques. The instructors are excellent and very helpful –
Stuart S. Moran

I already did Karate, but this is a lot more useful and interesting, I particularly like the discipline aspect and anti-bullying message. I’m more disciplined and fitter and I have introduced 4 friends since Jan 06 –
Brad Scaife

I originally joined for physical fitness, to earn blackbelt and lose weight. My fitness level has improved, punching strength and technique is much improved. Excellent instructors, great style and is quick to pick up –
