The CIT Programme is designed to help our students obtain greater success in all areas of their lives, making seemingly impossible dreams become reality. This programme is based on 25 years of experience in developing the world's finest martial arts instructors.

The CIT Programme has no restrictions of age, rank or physical ability. Instructors are selected on personal merit.

Family Martial Arts are looking for unique people to be Managers, Head Instructors, Instructors and Program Directors. We insist on our entire staff leading by example. The ultimate level of commitment for the martial arts is when you recognise that it is time to participate in a level of training that will change you to become an instructor.

With your instructor's guidance you will complete a section of the training each week to actualise your true potential. You will also attend monthly seminars with the internationally acclaimed martial arts instructor Grandmaster Murphy.

The FMA Team is under the leadership of Master Frank Murphy, 7th Degree Black Belt who has over 30 years Martial Arts experience as well as being one of the highest profile martial arts figures in Europe. He is joined by his wife Catarina Murphy, 3rd Degree Black Belt who has been studying and teaching martial arts for 15 years, and has a background in Physical Education as a Master degree student at Loughborough University.

The rest of the growing team is comprised of instructors who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from a range of different martial arts such as ITF and WTF Tae Kwon Do, Wing Chun, Hapkido, Kickboxing, Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Vale Tudo, Thai Boxing, Grappling, Women's self-defence, Weapons, Tai Chi, Specialist children's instruction and curriculum.

You will be training with the Ultimate Instructors Team available in the UK. We say this because of the quality and success of our instructors. What this means to you is that you will become an awesome Black Belt Instructor. What this really means to you is the achievement of the success you deserve.
